Certificate of Liability Insurance. Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and its successors and assigns to be designated as “Additional Insured”. • Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce name and address to be listed as Certificate Holder.
Certificate of Liability Insurance. Exhibitor must provide proof of general liability coverage with the minimum limits of liability as noted above naming both the Sea Otter Classic, Inc., and the Sea Otter Classic Foundation, Inc. as additional insured. Other additional insureds may be required by the Event. Certificates of liability insurance must be provided to the Event before the Exhibitor will be allowed to set-up for the Event at the Facility.

Exhibitor shall secure and maintain during the Monadnock Business Expo, commercial liability insurance against claims for personal injury, death or property damage occurring upon, in, or about the premises of the Monadnock Business Expo. Said insurance to have a limit of not less than five hundred thousand ($500,000) each occurrence in respect to injury, death, or property damage, and to the limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate. Said insurance shall also provide coverage with respect to exhibitor’s obligation hereunder relative to indemnification. Certificate of liability insurance must be filed with MBE no later than August 1, 2022.

Each policy shall contain waiver of subrogation in favor of City of La Porte, name the City of La Porte as an additional insured, and provide a 30-day notice of cancellation or change in coverage. Certificate of Liability Insurance. $2 million per occurrence (conditions and limits of this protection are as stated in the Oregon Tort Claims Act, ORS 30.260-300), naming the City of Forest Grove as an Additional Insurer. If no Certificate of Liability Insurance is submitted within five (5) days prior to the reservation date, the auditorium reservation will be cancelled.
