Business Tax Registration. (09/17) Contractor shall register for a City of Portland business license as required by Chapter 7.02 of the Code of the City of Portland prior to execution of this Contract. Additionally, Contractor shall pay all fees or taxes due under the Business License Law and the Multnomah County Business Income Tax (MCC Chapter 12) during the full term of this Contract. Failure to be in compliance may result in payments due under this Contract to be withheld to satisfy amount due under the Business License Law and the Multnomah County Business Income Tax Law.
