Contractor Labor Responsibility. Contractor is responsible for providing efficient labor and reliable equipment to complete assigned tasks. Contract awardee will be responsible for the following: o Furnish all tools, equipment, consumable supplies, supervision, transportation and other accessories, services and facilities. o Provide and perform all necessary labor. o Execute and complete all specified work to the satisfaction of BrightRidge in accordance with good technical practices, with due diligence and in accordance with the requirements, stipulations, provisions and conditions of this RFP and the resulting contract. o Provide on-site project management throughout the implementation, testing and acceptance. o Provide all test results on customer service orders. o Obtain and provide customer approvals for all work performed on service orders. • Please use Exhibit B for Labor Rate Pricing Includes: • Hang fiber service drop up to 500’ • Observing proper clearances and drop routing • Installing all necessary drop material and hardware on poles and house • Mounting outside NID/ONT • Fiber splice/connection at NAP and/or NID/ONT • Patch down at LCP/HUT • Record optical power meter readings at LCP/HUT and NID/ONT $ Per Drop _ Includes: • Hang fiber service drop up to 500’ • Observing proper clearances and drop routing • Installing all necessary drop material and hardware on poles and house • Mounting outside NID/ONT • Connect pre-connectorized fiber at NAP and/or NID/ONT • Connect at LCP/HUT • Record optical power meter readings at LCP/HUT and NID/ONT $ Per FT. _ Additional per-foot charge when aerial fiber service drop exceeds 500’ $ Each _ This fee is associated with each truck roll from one location to the next on aerial drops
