Certificates of Lender. Any Lender claiming reimbursement or compensation under this Article III shall deliver to the Borrower (with a copy to the Agent) a certificate setting forth in reasonable detail the amount payable to such Lender hereunder and such certificate shall be conclusive and binding on the Borrower in the absence of manifest error.
Certificates of Lender. If any Lender claims reimbursement or compensation under this Article 4, such Lender shall determine the amount thereof and shall deliver to the Parent a certificate setting forth in reasonable detail the amount payable, and such certificate shall be conclusive and binding on the Borrowers in the absence of manifest error.

The Borrower shall pay such Lender or such LC Issuer the amount shown as due on any such certificate within 10 days after receipt thereof.

(b) A certificate under the hand of an Officer of the Lender stating the opinion of the Lender as to any thing is sufficient evidence of that opinion at the date stated on the certificate or failing that as at the date of that certificate unless the contrary is proved.
