Common use of Certificates of No Default Clause in Contracts

Certificates of No Default. At any time if requested by the Warrant Agent, the Corporation shall deliver to the Warrant Agent an Officers' Certificate stating that the Corporation has complied with all covenants, conditions or other requirements contained in this Indenture. In the event that the Corporation has not complied with all the covenants and conditions contained herein, it will advise the Warrant Agent and the Holders of such default as soon as reasonably practicable, specifying the covenant, condition or other requirement which has not been complied with and giving particulars of such non-compliance.

Certificates of No Default. At any time if requested by the Warrant Agent, the Corporation shall deliver to the Warrant Agent an Officers' Certificate stating that the Corporation has complied with all covenants, conditions or other requirements contained in this Indenture. In indenture or if such is not the event that the Corporation has not complied with all the covenants and conditions contained herein, it will advise the Warrant Agent and the Holders of such default as soon as reasonably practicablecase, specifying the covenant, condition or other requirement which has not been complied with and giving particulars of such non-compliance.
