CERTIFICATION BY DEVELOPER. During the Term, Developer shall, at least annually, or as GLO may otherwise approve, submit to GLO in a form prescribed by GLO, a certificate of continuing compliance with all occupancy standards, terms, and provisions of this Agreement. The certification will also include statistical data relating to special needs individuals’ race, ethnicity, income, fair housing opportunities, and other information requested by GLO or the GLO. This certification shall also include statistical data relating to special needs individuals’ race, ethnicity, income, and fair housing opportunities and other information requested, including reports required by 10 TAC Chapter 60.
