Common use of Certification by the Union Clause in Contracts

Certification by the Union. The rate at which dues are to be deducted shall be certified to the payroll clerk by an Official of the Union at such times during the term of this Agreement as is necessary to be accurate. A one (1) month advance notice must be given the payroll clerk prior to any changes in an individual's dues deduction.
