Promotion to a Higher Classification An employee who is promoted to a higher rated classification within the bargaining unit will be placed in the range of the higher rated classification so that he shall receive no less an increase in wage rate than the equivalent of one step in the wage rate of his previous classification (provided that he does not exceed the wage rate of the classification to which he has been promoted).

Assignment of Duties From Another Classification Where the Hospital revises the job content of an existing classification in such a manner that duties of another classification are assigned to it, the following shall apply:

Class Certification Solely for the purposes of this Settlement, the Parties stipulate and agree to certification of the claims asserted on behalf of Class Members. Failure to Return from Leave Any employee who has been granted any type of unpaid leave of absence and who, for any reason, fails to return to work at the expiration of said leave of absence shall be considered as having resigned her or his position with the County, and her or his position shall thereupon be declared vacated, except and unless she or he has furnished evidence that she or he was unable to return to work for reasons protected by applicable Federal or State laws.
PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA when Medi-Cal or any other agency is billed for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or the ISA to LEA pupils. Upon request, CONTRACTOR shall provide to LEA any and all documentation regarding reports, billing, and/or payment by Medi-Cal or any other agency for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or ISA to LEA pupils.
ISO 9001 Certification The Contractor shall maintain or exceed their ISO 9001 Certification and submit updates, if applicable
