Certification of Documents. EXHIBIT A annexed hereto is a true, accurate and complete copy of ---------- the Declaration of Trust (including any amendments thereto) in effect as of the date hereof. Except as attached hereto, no document with respect to an amendment thereto has been filed in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Washington, and no actions have been taken by the Corporation in contemplation of the dissolution of the Corporation.
