Common use of Certification of Documents Clause in Contracts

Certification of Documents. The required copy of the Articles of Incorporation of the Fund and copies of all amendments thereto may be duplicates of the original certified by the Secretary of State (or other appropriate official) of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The copy of the Bylaws, copies of all amendments thereto, and copies of resolutions or Votes of the Board of Trustees of the Fund, will be certified by the Clerk or an Assistant Clerk of the Fund under the Fund's seal, if any.
