Common use of Certification of Non-Commingling Clause in Contracts

Certification of Non-Commingling. Consistent with Section 7.9 of this Charter Contract, at the time School submits its annual audit, School shall annually certify that assets, funds, liabilities and financial records of the School have been kept separate from assets, funds, liabilities and financial records of any other person, entity, or organization, including any Education Management Provider (EMP) with which School has an agreement.
