CERTIFICATION OF TRUST. The Certification sets forth the existence of your Trust and your unlimited right as Trustees to deal with any account or asset held in the Trust. This Trust Certificate is given by each of the Trustee voluntarily, pursuant to the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act as set forth in ORS 128.003 to 128.045 and under penalty of perjury, intending that the facts set forth in this Certificate be relied upon by Lender as true and correct.
CERTIFICATION OF TRUST. Any bank, stock broker, transfer agent, or other third party dealing with the trustee may rely on a written certificate of the trustee or the trustee's attorney as to the existence of this trust and the trustee's authority under this instrument. The trustee may omit the dispositive provisions of this instrument in any copy submitted to a third party and no third party shall have any duty to inquire into or be concerned with the dispositive provisions of the trust.
CERTIFICATION OF TRUST. If a Certificate is being purchased for ownership in trust, each trustee identified as a Primary Applicant must sign below. In that case, “you” shall refer to all trustees. By signing below, you certify that the trust identified in Section II has not been revoked, modified, or amended in any manner that would cause this certification of trust to be incorrect.
