Certification/Registration. All employees subject to this Agreement should seek continuous advancement in their performance, productivity, skills, and knowledge which may include certification or registration. Failure to achieve this objective within a reasonable period of time may adversely affect an employee's opportunity for continued employment with the Employer. Attaining these objectives will be considered in regard to promotional opportunities.
