Common use of Certified Cost Records Clause in Contracts

Certified Cost Records. The Contractor shall furnish certified cost records for all xxxxxxxx to substantiate all charges. For such purposes, the books of account of the Contractor shall be subject to audit by the City in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Contractor shall complete Services and cost records for all xxxxxxxx on such forms and in such manner as will be satisfactory to the City.
