Certified Notice. Notice of layoff shall be sent by certified mail and shall contain a statement of the reasons for layoff. If notice of layoff is less than the notice provided for in 25.§4.2, the reasons for the shorter notice shall also be provided. A copy of the notice shall be sent to the Chapter.
