Personnel Controls The County Department/Agency agrees to advise County Workers who have access to Pll, of the confidentiality of the information, the safeguards required to protect the information, and the civil and criminal sanctions for non- compliance contained in applicable federal and state laws. For that purpose, the County Department/Agency shall implement the following personnel controls:
Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.
Personnel Actions Wages, working conditions, and employee benefits shall be established and administered, and personnel actions of every type, including hiring, upgrading, promotion, transfer, demotion, layoff, and termination, shall be taken without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability. The following procedures shall be followed:
CONTRACTOR’S RELATION TO THE STATE In the performance of this Agreement the Contractor is in all respects an independent contractor, and is neither an agent nor an employee of the State. Neither the Contractor nor any of its officers, employees, agents or members shall have authority to bind the State or receive any benefits, workers’ compensation or other emoluments provided by the State to its employees.
