Certified Tourism Ambassador Program. All full time and other key employees of the selected provider will be required to participate in the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) program which is dedicated to promoting the Anaheim Orange County area and enhancing visitor experience at the ACC. Certified Tourism Ambassador Program. All full time and other key employees of PSAV will be required to participate in the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) program, which is dedicated to promoting the Anaheim/Orange County area and enhancing visitor experience at the Convention Center. Annual recertification is required.
Certified Tourism Ambassador Program. All SCN Personnel (excluding temporary employees and subcontractors) will be required to participate in ANAHEIM’s Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) Program, which is dedicated to promoting the Anaheim/Orange County area and enhancing visitor experience at the ACC. Annual recertification is required. All costs including annual renewals is at SCN’s sole expense.
