On-Site Personnel. The Contractor shall utilize a trained, experienced on-site person to ensure that all on-site procedures for transportation and disposal of hazardous wastes are implemented and enforced on-site. The on-site person responsible for certification shall be trained as per D.O.T. regulations. The on-site person's qualifications shall be approved by the COR or other designated Government representative.
On-Site Personnel. During the Lease Term, Landlord shall cause its property manager to locate one project engineer and one property management representative on site at the Project during Building Hours.
On-Site Personnel. 8.1 If so requested and upon reasonable advance notice SSTL shall make the effort to accommodate DBSI representatives at SSTLs premises. The number of representatives shall be determined on a case by case basis. The above applies in case SSTL's representatives are necessary in the DBSI premises
8.2 The representatives of DBSI shall be entitled to use all of SSTL's normal communications systems, i.e. telephone, fax etc, on a free of charge basis for the purpose of the present Contract. If necessary SSTL will facilitate all administrative steps of the above mentioned representatives during the period of their stay. The above applies in case SSTL's representative are necessary in the DBSI premises.
On-Site Personnel. In order to effectively deliver the Services and meet the requirements of the Performance Agreement set forth in Section 2.1above, it shall be necessary for RSS to directly employ and supervise certain School-based personnel (“RSS On-Site Personnel”).
On-Site Personnel. The parties acknowledge that it may be necessary for the employees of each to be present at the facilities of the other for extended periods of time. The parties agree to provide the employees of the other with all reasonable facilities and services to assure that their services may be properly performed. Each party will instruct their employees to conform with the internal regulations and procedures of the other party while on such party's premises. Attachment E ATTACHMENT E TO SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SERVICES AGREEMENT SUPPORT POLICIES BROADVISION SUPPORT POLICY BroadVision endeavors to provide a high level of support, and offers a number of support packages designed to meet the needs of its diverse customer base. This document outlines BroadVision "Basic Support." The Basic Support package uses a case tracking procedure to track customer-reported problems. Using this system, BroadVision support engineers open cases in the order in which they are received. Cases have different priorities and will be treated accordingly. Standard support is provided from 9am to 6pm PT in America, and 9am to 6pm GMT in Europe. If a case hasn't been opened after 1 day, the Support manager will be notified. After 2 days the Support Director will be notified. CASE ESCALATION AND 'HOT SITE' STATUS The support engineer opening a case will set case priority. A customer may request that a case be escalated at any time by contacting the Support engineer or the Support Manager. Unusually important site problems will be considered 'hot sites'. This includes such issues as serious reliability problems or significant performance problems on production systems. To escalate a case, the customer may notify their Support engineer or the Support Manager. A 'hot site' will gain Executive level attention and all necessary resources to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. A hot site will have a dedicated Support engineer until it is resolved. The customer is expected to provide technical resources, remote access and reproducible cases as necessary. On-Site Personnel. During the course of this Agreement, each Party may allow employees or contractors of the other Party to participate in Project activities at the Party’s facilities (“On-Site Personnel”). All On-Site Personnel will retain their status as employees or contractors of their respective company while assigned to work at the other Party’s premises. Each Party will be solely responsible for all wages and other compensation, and for all tax withholdings and similar payments required in connection with its employees and contractors assigned as On-Site Personnel. Each Party will maintain appropriate liability insurance to protect against claims and liabilities arising out of any injury or damages sustained by its own employees or contractors while they are acting as On-Site Personnel at the other Party’s facilities. On-Site Personnel will observe the working hours, rules and regulations, and policies of the hosting Party.
On-Site Personnel. HA Logistics may provide BUILD-A-BEAR with personnel on site at its distribution center specifically dedicated to servicing the logistics needs of BUILD-A-BEAR. Although such personnel will work on BUILD-A-BEAR’s property, they will remain the employee(s) of HA Logistics, under the exclusive direction and control of HA Logistics and in no event are to be regarded as employees of BUILD-A-BEAR. BUILD-A-BEAR hereby agrees to provide office area, furniture and means of communication for one (1) HA Logistics employee at no charge.
On-Site Personnel. If Company determines that any employee, subcontractor or other agent of Vendor working on-site at Company is not performing satisfactorily, Company will advise Vendor and may, at Company’s option, require Vendor to remove such person from any performance of any such Services for Company. Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with replacing removed personnel.
On-Site Personnel. At the Department’s request, Contractor shall provide on-site support and administrative services by providing personnel to work at the Department of Employee Trust Funds offices to perform tasks associated with the administration of this Contract.
On-Site Personnel. In order to effectively deliver the Services and meet the requirements of the Performance Agreement set forth in Section 2.1above, it shall be necessary for RSS to directly employ and supervise certain School-based personnel (“RSS On-Site Personnel”). Therefore, RSS and the District shall plan for the hiring and/or transfer of the School’s senior management to RSS’ payroll and management, effective July 1, 2011. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should RSS identify prior to July 1, 2011 an individual who is not employed by the District who RSS desires to hire and place at the School in an RSS On-Site Personnel position, RSS may do so in its sole and absolute discretion and RSS shall begin to receive payment for that individual pursuant to section 2.5(b) below as of that individual’s start date On-Site. All RSS On-Site Personnel shall be required to complete RSS’ standard employee paperwork, including, but not limited to its standard confidentiality and non- compete agreements. The positions RSS requires and the District has agreed to be transferred are set forth in Appendix 3. The District and RSS shall work together in good faith to insure, to the extent possible under the law, maintenance of all retirement benefits and seniority credits for District staff transferred to RSS payroll. As RSS begins to review the School’s structure and identifies its needs for personnel change, RSS may, in its sole reasonable discretion, eliminate certain RSS On-Site Personnel. RSS shall be required to replace such personnel in order to fulfill the agreed upon staffing levels more fully set forth in Appendix 3. Subject to appendix 3 the obligation of the District to pay for On- Site Personnel commences when the first On-Site Personnel individually begin work at the school. Compensation for vacancies that occur after the On-Site Personnel being is defined in Section 2.5(b) below. Conversely, RSS may determine that additional positions need to be added and RSS shall propose such additions to the District. Such additions, if any, would be subject to the availability of funding and require a mutually agreed upon amendment to this agreement.
