Common use of Certifier Clause in Contracts

Certifier. Indicate if you are the Exporter, Producer, or Importer from the dropdown menu. Is this a Blanket Certification?: If the certification covers multiple shipments of identical goods for a specified period of up to 12 months, select "YES" from the dropdown and complete the From and To dates in the applicable fields. If this is a one-time certification, select "NO" and enter a unique identifier in the Invoice # field. Certifier Details: Provide the certifier’s name, address (including country), telephone number and e- mail address.
