Common use of Cessation of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Benefits. Your entitlement to your salary continuation payments and Company-paid Health Care Coverage under this letter agreement will immediately cease, should you, at any time during the one-year period following the termination of your employment (or such lesser period during which you are entitled to receive such payments and Company-paid Health Care Coverage hereunder):
