Cessation of Hostilities. 1.1 The Parties, shall announce a cessation of hostilities, to be effective 24 hours after the signing of the Cease Fire Agreement. The announcement of cessation of hostilities shall be disseminated by the parties through command channels, and it shall concurrently be communicated to the civil population via print and electronic media.
