The initiation of legislation necessary to implement this Agreement. 1.9.6.1.4.4. The President, the First Vice President, and the Vice Presidents shall seek to reach agreement on matters of supervision of the implementation of this agreement, failure of which, decision shall be reached with an agreement of at least four (04) of them, where one must be either the President or the First Vice President.

There isn't one country in the Middle East that now endorses the Eisenhower Doctrine.”160 Eventually Kennedy won the elections, entering the White House in January 1961, as the 35th President of the United States. Although he was not particularly pleased with the results of the elections161, he had no time to dwell on them, or to show weakness or second thoughts. The Presidency. 1.1. During the Transitional Period: a. H.E. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall continue as President of the Republic of South Sudan. b. The Chairman of SPLM/A-IO Dr ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Teny shall assume the position of the First Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan. 1.2. During the Transitional Period there shall be four Vice Presidents of the Republic of South Sudan who shall be nominated as follows: a. Vice President to be nominated by Incumbent TGoNU. b. Vice President to be nominated by SSOA. c. Vice President to be nominated by Incumbent TGoNU. d. Vice President to be nominated by FDs, who shall be a woman. 1.3. Apart from the First Vice President, there shall be no hierarchy among the Vice Presidents. The ranking in 1.2 above is for protocol purposes only. 1.4. However, the powers and functions of the President, First Vice President, and Vice Presidents shall be delineated along the provisions of the ARCSS 2015. 1.5. The First Vice President and Vice Presidents shall oversee respectively the following Cabinet Clusters: (a) First Vice President: Governance Cluster. (b) Vice President: Economic Cluster. (c) Vice President: Services Delivery Cluster. (d) Vice President: Infrastructure Cluster. (e) Vice President: Gender and Youth Cluster.
The Presidency d. The Presidency shall comprise the President and four Vice-Presidents. e. The President and the Vice-Presidents shall provide the necessary and exemplary leadership in the interests of national unity in the DRC. f. The President of the Republic, together with the Vice-Presidents, shall deal with all matters relating to the running of the government as well as the matters mentioned under points A/b/b4 (i) and (v). g. The meetings between the President and the Vice-Presidents shall be held regularly, at least once a fortnight, and in all cases before each Cabinet meeting. The meetings between the President of the Republi c and the Vice-Presidents can also be convened by the President at the request of a Vice-President. In the absence of the President of the Republic, the latter shall appoint, in rotation, the Vice-President who is to chair the meetings.
The Presidency and the Commission shall regularly inform the European Parliament of discussions in the areas covered by this Title. The Presidency shall consult the European Parliament on the principal aspects of activities in the areas referred to in this Title and shall ensure that the views of the European Parliament are duly taken into consideration. The European Parliament may ask questions of the Council or make recommendations to it. Each year, it shall hold a debate on the progress made in implementation of the areas referred to in this Title.

  • Chairman An individual (who need not be a Registered Warrantholder) designated in writing by the Warrant Agent shall be chairman of the meeting and if no individual is so designated, or if the individual so designated is not present within fifteen minutes from the time fixed for the holding of the meeting, the Registered Warrantholders present in person or by proxy shall choose an individual present to be chairman.
