Common use of Cessation of Use Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Use. Immediately upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement in accordance with Appendix A, Section 11B, of DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3734, Customer shall cease any and all uses of the Hosted Solution.
