User License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software for the number of user(s) set forth in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.
Server License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on the number of Server(s) listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes. Unless stated otherwise in the Order Form, for the purposes of this license grant, you may install the Software on one (1) Machine as a substitute for, and not in addition to, one (1) Server. The total count of Server(s) where the Software is installed must not exceed the number of licenses purchased on the applicable Order Form(s).

License; Use Upon delivery to an Authorized Person or a person reasonably believed by Custodian to be an Authorized Person of the Fund of software enabling the Fund to obtain access to the System (the “Software”), Custodian grants to the Fund a personal, nontransferable and nonexclusive license to use the Software solely for the purpose of transmitting Written Instructions, receiving reports, making inquiries or otherwise communicating with Custodian in connection with the Account(s). The Fund shall use the Software solely for its own internal and proper business purposes and not in the operation of a service bureau. Except as set forth herein, no license or right of any kind is granted to the Fund with respect to the Software. The Fund acknowledges that Custodian and its suppliers retain and have title and exclusive proprietary rights to the Software, including any trade secrets or other ideas, concepts, know-how, methodologies, or information incorporated therein and the exclusive rights to any copyrights, trademarks and patents (including registrations and applications for registration of either), or other statutory or legal protections available in respect thereof. The Fund further acknowledges that all or a part of the Software may be copyrighted or trademarked (or a registration or claim made therefor) by Custodian or its suppliers. The Fund shall not take any action with respect tot the Software inconsistent with the foregoing acknowledgement, nor shall the Fund attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or modify the Software. The Fund may not xxx, sell, lease or provide, directly or indirectly, any of the Software of any portion thereof to any other person or entity without Custodian’s prior written consent. The Fund may not remove any statutory copyright notice or other notice included in the Software or on any media containing the Software. The Fund shall reproduce any such notice on any reproduction of the Software and shall add any statutory copyright notice or other notice to the Software or media upon Custodian’s request.
SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.
Developer License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for the number of Developer(s) indicated in the Order Form to install the Software on any number of Machines in order to internally use the Software to create, develop and test Applications. For clarity, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another Developer in the event that the original Developer is no longer employed by you or has been assigned to a new role where access to the Software will no longer be required on a permanent basis.
Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.
Sublicense to Use the Scudder Trademarks As exclusive licensee of the rights to use anx xxxxxcense the use of the "Scudder," "Scudder Investments" and "Scudder, Stevens & Clark, Inx." xxxdemaxxx (xxgether, the "Scuddex Xxxxx"), xxx xerexx xxant the Trust a nonexclusive right xxx xxxlicense to use (i) the "Scudder" name and mark as part of the Trust's name (the "Fund Namx"), xxd (ii) the Scudder Marks in connection with the Trust's investment products xxx xxxvices, in each case only for so long as this Agreement, any other investment management agreement between you or any organization which shall have succeeded to your business as investment manager ("your Successor") and the Trust, or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof or thereof remains in effect, and only for so long as you are a licensee of the Scudder Marks, provided however, that you agree to use your best xxxxxxx to maintain your license to use and sublicense the Scudder Marks. The Trust agrees that it shall have no right to suxxxxxxxe or assign rights to use the Scudder Marks, shall acquire no interest in the Scudder Marks othxx xxxx the rights granted herein, that all of txx Xxxxt's uses of the Scudder Marks shall inure to the benefit of Scudder Trust Company xx xxxer and licensor of the Scudder Marks (xxx "Xrademark Owner"), and that the Trust shall nxx xxxxlenge the validity of the Scudder Marks or the Trademark Owner's ownership thereof. The Truxx xxxxher agrees that all services and products it offers in connection with the Scudder Marks shall meet commercially reasonable standards of duaxxxx, xs may be determined by you or the Trademark Owner from time to time, provided that you acknowledge that the services and products the Trust rendered during the one-year period preceding the date of this Agreement are acceptable. At your reasonable request, the Trust shall cooperate with you and the Trademark Owner and shall execute and deliver any and all documents necessary to maintain and protect (including but not limited to in connection with any trademark infringement action) the Scudder Marks and/or enter the Trust as a registered user thereof. Xx xxch time as this Agreement or any other investment management agreement shall no longer be in effect between you (or your Successor) and the Trust, or you no longer are a licensee of the Scudder Marks, the Trust shall (to the extent that, and as soon ax, xx xawfully can) cease to use the Fund Name or any other name indicating that it is advised by, managed by or otherwise connected with you (or your Successor) or the Trademark Owner. In no event shall the Trust use the Scudder Marks or any other name or mark confusingly similar therexx (xxxluding, but not limited to, any name or mark that includes the name "Scudder") if this Agreement or any other investment advisory agrexxxxx xetween you (or your Successor) and the Fund is terminated.
Software License The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
Permitted License Uses and Restrictions A. Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use the tvOS Software on a single Apple-branded Apple TV. You agree not to install, use or run the tvOS Software on any non-Apple-branded device, or to enable others to do so. Except as permitted in Section 2B below, and unless as provided in a separate agreement between you and Apple, this License does not allow the tvOS Software to exist on more than one Apple-branded Apple TV at a time, and you may not distribute or make the tvOS Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. This License does not grant you any rights to use Apple proprietary interfaces and other intellectual property in the design, development, manufacture, licensing or distribution of third party devices and accessories, or third party software applications, for use with the Apple TV. Title and intellectual property rights in and to any content displayed by, stored on or accessed through your Apple TV belongs to the respective content owner. Such content may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties, and may be subject to terms of use of the third party providing such content. Except as otherwise provided herein, this License does not grant you any rights to use such content nor does it guarantee that such content will continue to be available to you. E. You agree to use the tvOS Software and the Services (as defined in Section 5 below) in compliance with all applicable laws, including local laws of the country or region in which you reside or in which you download or use the tvOS Software and Services. Features of the tvOS Software and the Services may not be available in all languages or regions and some features may vary by region. F. Use of the App Store requires a unique user name and password combination, known as an Apple ID. An Apple ID is also required to access app updates and certain features of the tvOS Software and Services. G. The tvOS Software will periodically check with Apple for updates to the tvOS Software, Aerial screensaver and apps installed on your Apple TV. If an update is available, the update will automatically download and install onto your Apple TV. By using the tvOS Software, you agree that Apple may download and install such automatic updates onto your Apple TV. You can turn off automatic updates to the tvOS Software, Aerial screensaver and apps at any time from within Settings.
