Common use of CFO’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

CFO’s Certificate. On each of the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received a certificate of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, dated as of such date, certifying such matters as the Representatives may reasonably request.

CFO’s Certificate.
