Common use of CFO’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

CFO’s Certificate. On the date hereof and on the Closing Date, the Underwriter shall receive from the Company’s Chief Financial Officer a certificate with respect to certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, Time of Sale Prospectus, and each free writing prospectus, if any, and the Prospectus, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

CFO’s Certificate.
