Common use of CFO’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

CFO’s Certificate. The Representatives shall have received on and as of the date hereof and the Closing Date, a certificate of the chief financial officer of the Company with respect to certain financial data contained in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.

CFO’s Certificate. The At the time of the execution of this Agreement and at the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received on and as of from the date hereof and the Closing Date, Company’s Chief Financial Officer a certificate of the chief financial officer of the Company with respect to certain financial data information contained in the Registration Statement, the Pricing General Disclosure Package Package, each free writing prospectus, if any, and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in a form and substance reasonably satisfactory acceptable to the Representatives.

CFO’s Certificate.
