Chairman of the Board and President. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the Chairman of the Board, or in the absence of the Chairman of the Board, the President, or in the absence of the President, any other Trustee chosen by the Trustees, shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees. The Chairman of the Board shall be the chief executive officer of the Trust.
