Chairman of the Executive Committee. A Chairman shall preside at meetings of the Executive Committee, and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to him/her by this Company Agreement or the Executive Committee. The Chairman will be a Representative selected at the annual meeting and shall serve for a term of one (1) year, and the office of Chairman shall rotate annually among the Members.
