Chairperson List. Within five (5) days of the receipt of the appeal, the office of the Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources shall make a written request to the State Mediation and Conciliation Service or PERB for a list of seven (7) names of individuals who can serve as the chairperson of the Board of Review pursuant to this Agreement. The written request shall include that the list of names be provided to both the District and LRCEA as soon as possible.
