Challenges of University Release. The Contractor may file a legal challenge to any University decision to release a record to the public with the Office of Open Records, or in the Pennsylvania Courts, however, the Contractor shall reimburse the University for any legal expenses incurred by the University as a result of the challenge, including any damages, penalties or costs that the University may incur as a result of the Contractor’s legal challenge, regardless of the outcome.

  • TECHNOLOGY/KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER ACTIVITIES The goal of this task is to develop a plan to make the knowledge gained, experimental results, and lessons learned available to the public and key decision makers. • Prepare an Initial Fact Sheet at start of the project that describes the project. State if project has been or will be cited in government policy publications, or used to inform regulatory bodies. o The number of website downloads or public requests for project results. o Additional areas as determined by the CAM. • Conduct technology transfer activities in accordance with the Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan.   • Release of Unknown Claims Employee expressly waives and relinquishes all rights and benefits afforded by any statute (including, but not limited to, Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California and analogous laws of other states), which limits the effect of a release with respect to unknown claims. Employee acknowledges that he/she might hereafter discover facts different from, or in addition to, those Employee now knows or believes to be true with respect to a Claim or Claims released herein, and they expressly agree to assume the risk of possible discovery of additional or different facts, and agree that this Agreement shall be and remain effective, in all respects, regardless of such additional or different discovered facts.

  • Escrow Agent Not Responsible after Release The Escrow Agent will have no responsibility for escrow securities that it has released to a Securityholder or at a Securityholder’s direction according to this Agreement.
