Change in Terms. We may change the terms and charges for the services shown in this Agreement and may amend this Agreement from time to time upon proper notice to You.

Change in Terms. We may change the terms of this Agreement by mailing or delivering to You written notice of the changes as prescribed by the Federal Truth-In- Lending Act. To the extent permitted by law, the right to change the terms of this Agreement includes, but is not limited to, the right to change the periodic rate applicable to Your unpaid balance and/or future advances.
Change in Terms. Changes to this Agreement will be provided to the customer in one (1) mailing forty-five (45) days prior to the effective date of the changes. If you do not respond to the mailing, Clearview Energy may implement the changes described to your account.

CONSULTANT shall only commence work covered by an amendment after the amendment is executed and notification to proceed has been provided by LOCAL AGENCY’s Contract Administrator. C. There shall be no change in CONSULTANT’s Project Manager or members of the project team, as listed in the approved Cost Proposal, which is a part of this AGREEMENT without prior written approval by LOCAL AGENCY’s Contract Administrator.
Change in Terms. We may change any term of this Agreement at any time. If the change would result in increased fees for any CorpLink service, increased liability for you, fewer types of available electronic fund transfers, or stricter limitations on the frequency or dollar amount of transfers, we agree to give you notice at least 30 days before the effective date of any such change, unless an immediate change is necessary to maintain the security of an account or our electronic fund transfer CorpLink. We will post any required notice of the change in terms on the Bank System web site or forward it to you by e-mail or by postal mail. If advance notice of the change is not required, and disclosure does not jeopardize the security of the account or our electronic fund transfer system, we will notify you of the change in terms within 30 days after the change becomes effective. Your continued use of any or all of the subject CorpLink Services indicates your acceptance of the change in terms. We reserve the right to waive, reduce or reverse charges or fees in individual situations. You acknowledge and agree that changes to fees applicable to specific accounts are governed by the applicable deposit agreements and disclosures.
Change in Terms. We may add to, delete from, or change the terms of this Agreement at any time by sending a notice to any of you at the mail or email address shown in our records, by posting the notice or an amended Agreement on our web site, or by delivering it to you. You may choose not to accept the change by closing your account(s) or terminating this Agreement and your use of the Service.

Change in Terms. We may change the terms and charges for the services described in this Agreement and may amend, modify, add to, or delete from this Agreement from time to time. If you have an account with us through which EFTs are being processed, you will receive written notice of the change in terms at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the effective date of the change(s), or as otherwise provided by law. Further, the Credit Union may, from time to time, revise or update the programs, electronic services, and/or related material(s) rendering such prior versions obsolete. Consequently, the Credit Union reserves the right to terminate this Agreement as to all such prior versions of the programs, electronic services, and/or related material(s) and limit access to the Credit Union’s more recent versions and updates.
Change in Terms. If we propose to change our terms of service, we will send you two advance written notices in separate mailings between 45 and 60 days, and no less than 30 days before the effective date or change in terms of the contract. We will explain your options in these two advance notices.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal and legal banking holidays in the State of Utah.
