Change in Applicable Legal Authorities. This Agreement is subject to change in the future to reflect any relevant changes required by the SCC or other state agency having jurisdiction, or by virtue of any federal, state, or local law, order or regulation, and such changes shall be deemed to be binding upon the parties, except where the right to terminate is exercised in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
