CHANGE IN BARGAINING UNIT. It is agreed that the scope of this contract is without prejudice to any claim which may hereafter be asserted by the Union or the Company that the bargaining unit be different, or wider in scope or larger in extent, but no such claim shall affect the validity of this Agreement.
