Change in Funding. Contractor understands and agrees that County shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Contractor in the event that (1) any state or federal agency or other funder reduces, withholds, terminates or funds are not made available for which the County anticipated using to pay Contractor for services provided under this Agreement or (2) County has exhausted all funds legally available for payments due to become due under this Agreement.
