Common use of Change Management Clause in Contracts

Change Management. The Supplier acknowledges to the Authority that the Authority’s requirements for the Services may change during the Term and the Supplier shall not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to any reasonable variation or addition to the Specification and Tender Response Document, as may be requested by the Authority from time to time.
