Change of Address and Designated Recipient. Either Party may at any time, upon prior written Notice to the other Party, change the Person designated to receive Notices from the other Party, the postal or electronic mail address and/or fax number of the office in Liberia or in the United States of America authorized to receive such Notices, or the postal or electronic mail address or addresses and/or fax number or numbers of the offices to which copies of Notices from one Party to the other are to be delivered.
