Common use of Change of Agent Clause in Contracts

Change of Agent. The Agent Bank may be changed upon thirty (30) Business Days prior notice to the then Agent Bank at any time or from time to time upon the written agreement of the Required Banks at the time of any such designation.

Change of Agent.
