Common use of Change of Agent Clause in Contracts

Change of Agent. No person shall become an Agent unless at the same time, it accedes to this Agreement as a Senior Facility Agent or Junior Facility Agent (as the case may be), pursuant to Clause 14.5 (Creditor/Agent Accession Undertaking).

Change of Agent. No person shall become an a Senior Agent, Second Lien Agent unless or Senior Unsecured Agent unless, at the same time, it accedes to this Agreement as a Senior Facility Agent or Junior Facility Agent (as the case may be), in such capacity pursuant to Clause 14.5 23.20 (Creditor/Agent Accession Undertaking).
