Common use of Change of Agent Clause in Contracts

Change of Agent. No person shall become the Agent unless at the same time, it accedes to this Agreement as Agent for the Senior Facilities Creditors, pursuant to Clause 19.9 (Creditor Accession Undertaking).

Change of Agent. No person shall become the an Agent unless at the same time, it accedes to this Agreement as Agent for the Senior Facilities Creditorsan Agent, pursuant to Clause 19.9 19.11 (Creditor Accession Undertaking).

Change of Agent. No person shall become the a Senior Agent, Second Lien Agent unless or Senior Unsecured Agent unless, at the same time, it accedes to this Agreement as Agent for the Senior Facilities Creditors, in such capacity pursuant to Clause 19.9 23.20 (Creditor Creditor/Agent Accession Undertaking).
