Common use of Change of amount Clause in Contracts

Change of amount. The Issue and Paying Agent will (to the extent known to it) promptly provide to the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) notice of any changes to the Instruments that will affect the amount of, or date for, any payment due under the Instruments.
