Change of Facility Office. Any Lender may at any time change its Facility Office in relation to its Commitment and/or Outstandings by notifying the Agent of the address and fax details of such new office.

Change of Facility Office. Each Bank will participate in any Utilisation and receive the benefit of any payment due to it under this Agreement at its Facility Office. No Bank may change its Facility Office to a different jurisdiction to that notified to the Agent and the Parent on or before the date it became a Bank without the prior written consent of the Parent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
Change of Facility Office. No Bank will change its Facility Office if, at the time of the change, circumstances exist which would oblige the Company to pay that Bank any amount under Clause 11.1 (Taxes) or Clause 13 (Increased costs) which it would not have been obliged to pay if that Bank had retained the same Facility Office.

Change of Facility Office. A Lender may change its Facility Office with respect to any Utilisation from time to time on giving not less than five Business Days' prior notice to the Facility Agent provided that if any change in Facility Office would otherwise result in amounts being payable to the relevant Lender pursuant to Clauses 13 or 15.1 then such Lender shall be entitled to receive such amounts only to the extent that such Lender acting through its original Facility Office would have been entitled to claim and receive such amounts.
