Time Change. In shifts affected by changes to/from Daylight Savings Time where the work day is shortened as a result of the change, employees whose shift is shortened by one hour shall be given the opportunity to utilize an hour of accumulated leave or an hour of Xxxxx time for those working a 12 hour schedule, to make up the difference. Where the work day is lengthened due to the time change, the employee shall be compensated with one hour of overtime.
Time Change. Actual hours worked will be compensated at straight time rates for the shifts on which the time change occurs. Overtime will not be paid for additional hours worked during a twenty-four (24) hour period as a result of a change over to daylight savings time from standard time or vice versa. Time Change. The employer will pay each employee’s regular hourly wage as set forth in Schedule A, as applicable, for the actual hours worked by such employee on the days when each of the Daylight and Eastern Standard Time are implemented. For greater clarity, an employee who is working on the changeover to Daylight Savings Time in the spring of any year will receive six and one-half (6½) hours wages and an employee who is working on change over to Eastern Standard Time in the fall of any given year will receive eight and one-half (8½) hours wages at the applicable straight time hourly rate.
Time Change. When the clocks are changed due to daylight saving time, the following principles will apply:
Time Change. (a) When time is converted to Mountain Standard Time in accordance with the Daylight Savings Time Act regular hours of work shall be extended to include the additional hour and the Employee shall be paid at the overtime rate for that hour.
Time Change. Any Control Center Operator who works the First Shift on the date of time change, pushing the clocks back one hour, will receive one hour extra pay for the extra hour worked. Any Control Center Operator who works when the clocks are pushed ahead on the First Shift, thereby working one hour less, shall have one hour deducted from his pay. The hour added and deducted shall be at straight time.
Time Change. Gains or losses to existing routes of one-half (1/2) hour or more shall entitle the affected employee the right to bid and bump according to seniority into another assigned, established route. Each run will be timed as soon as possible after the beginning of a new school year and up to three more times during the year (at the Transportation Manager’s discretion an individual run can be timed). The following Monday all runs times will be posted and a meeting held. At this meeting, all drivers shall have the right to bump if their runs were cut thirty (30) or more minutes. Other driver can then sign runs open due to bumping. If a run increases thirty (30) or more minutes, drivers with more seniority could bump into that run. That driver and others affected can then bump drivers with less seniority. All runs will be closed at this meeting. Forfeiture of the right to bid shall occur if the bid is not exercised at this meeting.
Time Change. In addressing the daylight savings time that occurs twice a year, the following will be implemented.
Time Change. If the original time of the contract is changed in any way, the couple is responsible for verifying with the minister at the time the change is made that the new time will work in the minister’s schedule on the day of the wedding and this contract will be amended to reflect the change. If a time change is made with or without contacting the minister and the minister is unable to accommodate the revised timing as her calendar has filled in according to the original contracted time, the minister is under no obligation to refund any fee paid.
