THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT is to maintain a harmonious and mutually beneficial relationship between the Employer and employees represented by the Union and to establish terms and conditions of employment relating to remuneration, hours of work, employee benefits and working conditions, and to provide a method of settling any differences which may arise between the parties hereto.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT a. This agreement is created, where appropriate, in clear, direct, and legally compliant language;
b. The aim is to minimise misinterpretation and provide a platform of understanding and engagement between us and you in the United Kingdom and worldwide:
c. Power BI Sentinel, also referred to as Sentinel, is the product licensed under this agreement and hereafter referred to as the “Product”;
d. It establishes the Product as a “Software as a Service” (SaaS);
e. The most updated Power BI Sentinel Terms of Use (TOU) are a legally binding pre requirement to this SaaS;
f. This agreement will be the legal basis for which we agree your use of the Product;
g. It provides clarity in respect of services offered and support provided to ensure your use of the product is in accordance with the agreement;
h. any other schedule or agreement separately developed, but forming part of the overarching agreement with you, will be legally binding;
i. Any breaches of them will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant area, document, or section of those documents, applicable at the time;
j. The relationship between us and you may be facilitated in different ways;
i. Where the license agreement is direct with us and you then we shall provide the Support and Services;
ii. Where you have an agreement with an Active Partner of ours, for the Product, then the Partner with whom you have an agreement for the Product will be your first line point of contact and manage, provide and be responsible for all support for you;
k. The license will always be provided by us on condition that all payments have been made;
l. It confirms the product is managed and maintained on our Hosted Servers and Services within an Azure ™ datacentre;
m. Nothing shall hold us liable for any loss of service or compliance with this agreement in respect of any legal, technical, business, or other cause which could not have been reasonable known to us at the time;
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. The purpose of this Agreement is to enable the Organization to participate in and support the delivery of the Program by helping to conserve areas of high ecological significance across southern Canada.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 2.1. The purpose of this Agreement is (i) to regulate the legal relationship between the Provider and the Requester during the period following the submission of the Request (hereinafter referred to as the "Evaluation Period"), and (ii) to lay down the general terms and conditions that apply to the contractual relations between the Provider and the Requester from the moment of entering into an agreement for the granting of licence to use the Copy (Copies) under the terms set forth in the Permission (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractual Period").
2.2. The Evaluation Period shall start on the day the Request is submitted to the Provider. The Contractual Period shall start on the day the agreement is concluded pursuant to Section 4.2.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement is drawn for the express purpose of forming the LLC, which shall be owned as follows: 50.1% by the First Party and 49.9% by the Second Party. The LLC shall create a strategic alliance between the brands currently held by the Parties, respectively in an effort to lend support in a multitude of areas and consolidate businesses in the cannabis and hemp industry. The First Party will take on the role of online digital marketer in a wide variety of online spaces as well as provide fulfilment support for the distribution of all brands at the First Party’s expense. To the extent set forth in this Agreement, each of the Parties shall own an undivided fractional part in the LLC. The LLC shall not engage in any other business or activity without the written consent of the Parties. In addition to this Agreement, the purpose and operations of the LLC will be detailed in the applicable operating agreement of the LLC (the “Operating Agreement”). Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx shall be the managing members of the LLC (the “Managing Members”)
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. You enter this agreement with us for the pursuit of Your Claim arising out of the incorrect taxation of your PPI award by HMRC (Your Claim”)
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. The purpose of this Agreement is to enable the Organization to recover eligible costs incurred as a result of completing any number of Practices under the Program.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT.
2.1 The Society part-owns, or (subject to clause 14) will part-own, the Project via a part-owned subsidiary (the “SPV”).
2.2 The Society has appointed the Managing Person and the Managing Person has agreed to provide certain services to the Society and the Project pursuant to the Management Services Agreement, including managing the Society’s relationship with You as a Member, in accordance with this Agreement.
2.3 You wish to become a Member by owning shares in the Society. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, You will be entitled to Savings by paying the Joining Fee.
2.4 Your rights and obligations as a Member will be governed by the Society’s Rules.
2.5 The Society wishes to set out with You, in this Agreement, additional terms relating to: (i) how the Society’s ownership of the Project is expected to lead to value for You and the limitations that apply to You receiving that value; and (ii) when Your Membership will terminate (or be deemed to have terminated).
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. In this Agreement, the Parties agree on the fee, terms, schedule, budget, and payment schedule for ‘JOB TITLE’ For the sake of clarity, the above object of the Agreement will hereinafter be referred to as the ‘Work’.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 2.1. The Commissioners have agreed to enter into the collaboration in order that the Commissioner for Cleveland will provide support by way of services pursuant to paragraph 7(1) Schedule 1 of the 2011 Act. This is envisaged to be an arrangement which provides interim Acting provision until after the next ordinary election for the Commissioner but subject to review as per Clause 6.3.
2.2. This Collaboration Agreement has the effect of terminating by mutual agreement of the Parties the agreement entered into between the Parties and dated 1 April 2019.
