Change of Posted Shift. (i) Where an employee's shift has been changed and the notice of change of shift is less than one week, the Employer shall pay fourfour (4) hours at straight time rates of the employee's regular salary in lieu of notice. (ii) An employee required to work a changed shift or who is ordered by the Employer to return to his/her regular day shift shall, for the balance of that week, receive or continue to receive seven percent (7%) premium pay.
