Change of Services. (a) The Company and the Manager shall have the right at any time during the term of this Agreement to change the Services provided by the Manager and such changes shall in no way otherwise affect the rights or obligations of any Party hereunder. (b) Any change in the Services shall be authorized in writing and evidenced by an amendment to this Agreement, as provided in Section 12.9
