Change of Services. (a) Cannae Inc. and the Manager shall have the right at any time during the term of this Agreement (including any Automatic Renewal Term) to change the Services provided by the Manager, and any such changes shall in no way otherwise affect the rights or obligations of any Party hereunder. (b) Any change in the Services shall be authorized in writing and evidenced by an amendment to this Agreement, as provided in Section 12.9
