Common use of Change of Slip Clause in Contracts

Change of Slip. Vessel shall be berthed only in the Slip assigned by City. The Slip is subject to change at the discretion of the City. Vessel Owner will promptly move the Vessel upon request from City. Failure to do so may result in the City moving or causing the moving of the Vessel and charging the Vessel Owner for that move and any other associated costs.

Change of Slip. City reserves the right to move or to require a Vessel shall be berthed only in Owner to move the Vessel from the Slip assigned by City. The Slip is subject to change another slip within the Basin, either temporarily or permanently, at the discretion of the Cityany time for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, for construction, emergency, safety or other operational reasons. Vessel Owner will promptly move hereby grants City permission to board the Vessel upon request from Cityfor said purpose. Failure Vessel Owner agrees to do so may result in release the City moving and its officers, agents or causing the moving employees from any liability for loss or damage resulting or alleged to result from any such movement of the Vessel and charging or from any failure to move the Vessel Owner for that move and any other associated costsVessel.
