CHANGE OF VESSEL(S). 22.1 The Client may delete a vessel from Schedule 1 and coverage under this Agreement at any time prior to entry of such vessel in U.S. Waters upon seventy-two (72) hours notice to the Provider. Such vessel shall be deleted from coverage under the Agreement as of the time and date specified in the notice or if no time and date is specified, upon the end of the seventy--two (72) hours period, or entry into U.S. Waters, whichever occurs first. 22.2 The Client may add a vessel to Schedule 1 upon five (5) business days notice coupled with proof of Marine Oil Pollution Insurance and such other information as specified on Schedule 1 and as set forth in Provider’s Instructions to Clients.
