The City shall initiate the Extra Work procedure by a notice to Design-Build Firm outlining the proposed Extra Work. The Design-Build Firm‟s Change Proposal Request must include any schedule revisions and an explanation of the cost and schedule impact of the Extra Work on the Project(s). If the Design-Build Firm fails to notify the Project Manager of the schedule changes associated with the Extra Work, it will be deemed to be an acknowledgment by Design-Build Firm that the proposed Extra Work will not have any scheduling consequences.
